Southern District Court of California
The US. District Court for the Southern District of California is a federal court in the Ninth Circuit (except for patent claims and claims against the U.S. government under the Tucker Act, which are appealed to the Federal Circuit). The district comprises Imperial and San Diego Counties
Northern District Court of California
The federal United States district court whose jurisdiction comprises following counties of California: Alameda, Contra Costa, Del Norte, Humboldt, Lake, Marin, Mendocino, Monterey, Napa, San Benito, San Francisco, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, and Sonoma. Central District Court of California
Commonly referred to as the CDCA or CACD), Central District Court of California serves over 19 million people in Southern and Central California, making it the most populous federal judicial district. The district was created on September 18, 1966.
Eastern District Court of California
The United States Court for the Eastern District of California is the federal court in the Ninth Circuit, and comprises the largest geographical area of the four districts in California, rhearing cases from 34 counties, stretching from Kern County on the south to the Oregon border on the north.

Eastern District of Texas

The United State Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit is a federal court of appeals that has appellate jurisdiction over the district courts in the four districts in California.With headquarters in San Francisco, the Ninth Circuit is the largest of the 13 courts of appeals.
Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit
Created by Congress with passage of the Federal Courts Improvement Act of 1982, the Federal Circuit is particularly known for its decisions on patent law, as it is the only appellate-level court other than the Supreme Court with the jurisdiction to hear patent case appeals.
